Each of these breads carry their own flavour profile and are in harmony with any topping. Whether you choose a savoury cheese or meat or enhance their sweetness with a sweet topping, all will help reach its highest level of enjoyment.
French Baguette
Hand-crafted baguettes made with our durum sourdough and semolina dough to provide you with a slightly chewy texture and a crisp crust. It takes 24 hours to achieve this slow fermented bread that can compete with the world’s best.

San Francisco Sourdough Bread
Slow fermented for over 20 hours, our sourdough loaf is made with French (Levain) and Italian sourdough to ensure a robust and satisfying flavour.

Sourdough de Provence Loaf
Let’s call it the French-Italian marriage! A very chewy and flavourful combination of Italian durum sourdough and a levain from France. It’s our own competition to the San Francisco sourdough…You be the judge!

Sourdough Demi Baguette
Deliciously satisfying and in a perfectly versatile demi shape.

Ciabatta Bun (Plain)
This is a a great carrying sandwich bun that allows sweet as well as savoury toppings to be enjoyed.
Ingredients: Unbleached flour, whole wheat flour, semolina, sourdough, sea salt, olive oil
Three Sisters Loaf
A unique blend of three different sourdoughs (French, Italian & Belgium) surrounded by toasted pumpkin seeds. This loaf is slow fermented overnight to allow the flavours to develop.
Ingredients: Unbleached Artisan flour, sea salt, sourdough, pumpkin seeds, vegetable oil, sprouted rye kernals
Multiseed Loaf
With a blend of soft oilseeds on the inside and outside, the oils inside the seeds are released and transferred to the surface, caramelizing our crust with a wonderful nutty flavour.
Ingredients: Flour, salt, multigrain boiled in sour dough, sourdough, sesame seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds

A bread variety that will guide you in flavour directions you have never experienced before! Try them as a companion to any meal or experience them as your meal itself.
Pull-Apart Garlic Bread
Olive oil, rosemary and onion topping. The dough is folded 27 times and hand twisted. This delicious bread is created large at 10” diameter.
Ingredients: Garlic, olive oil, sea salt, kefir, milk, herbs, sugar, butter, yeast, margarine. (We may add non-hydrogenated all vegetable shortening to some of our folded products to guarantee flakiness)
Bacon, Green Onion & Cheese Bread
This is the perfect breakfast companion and only needs eggs to make it a complete breakfast or brunch offering. Delicious when toasted with butter or just on its own as a dipper for fried eggs.

Kalamata Olive Loaf
Made with two different types of olives (Kalamata and green), this loaf is a delicious addition to any meal or on it’s own as a snack. The olives are fresh and aromatic and add depth to this hearty loaf.

Cheese Bun
These buns are baked on a soft roll to offset the flavour profile of the cheese.

Cranberry Brie Loaf

This is a marriage made in bread heaven! Thick squares of brie in combination with Canadian cranberries topped with more squares of brie. This is a bread that goes well with any sweet topping or even a cheese plate shared with friends and family.

Multigrain Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Bread
This dessert bread loaf is filled with fruit and seeds. It is made with plain flour and a multigrain-base infused sourdough. The sweetness is extracted from the fruit only and no sugar or years is added. Sliced thin, toasted and enjoyed with butter, this bread can create a unique breakfast experience.
